Minton Majolica Bamboo Jardiniere

Victorian, circa 1851. 10.2ins high, 14.6ins wide, 12.4ins depth. Minton Majolica jardinière which features bamboo branches, leaves and flowers.

Cobalt blue ground version. Colouration: cobalt blue, green, white, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1851.
