Circa 1875. 4.3ins high, 7.1ins wide, 5.5ins depth. Thomas Sergent French Majolica flower pot which features a great tit (bird) sat in front of a tree stump. Oak leaves either side.
Colouration: green, blue, yellow, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Thomas Sergent pottery.
Very Good. No restoration. Two small flakes to the oak leaves.
(N.B: the tiny white patch visible on end of beak is in original firing - thin black glaze. Not damage.)
