
Victorian, circa 1869. 19.1ins high, 14.2ins wide, 12.6ins depth. Minton Majolica garden seat which features a hexagonal profile.
Each side has pierced decoration with flowers and geometric motifs.
Colouration: cobalt blue, pink, green, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1364'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1869.
CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Tight, stable hairline to one flower petal.
Tight, stable hairline to one pink ring.
Coloured in flake near the base.
Small flake to one edge.
Some wear and scratches to the top surface.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the edge, on the side.
