Large Continental Majolica Stork Figural Vase

Circa 1920. 24.8ins high, 11.4ins wide, 10.6ins depth. Unidentified Czechoslovakian Majolica figural vase which features a stork with a frog in it's beak, stood amongst lilies and bullrushes/cattails.

Colouration: white, green, pink, are predominant.

Bears an unidentified maker's mark, 'Made in Czechoslovakia and pattern number, '7819', to the underside.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally Good. Some flakes to the lily pad to the front of the base.

RESTORATION. Filled chip to the end of stork beak, with some retouching to the frog.

Three leaf tips reglued and joins retouched to the reverse. An associated area of overspray to the back of the vase.
