Staffordshire Pottery King Charles Spaniel Figure

Victorian, circa 1860. 9.8ins high, 8.3ins wide, 3.3ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery figure which features a King Charles Spaniel, stood on a leaf embellished base.

Dull gilt base line and embellishment.

Flatback, decorated only to the front.

Vent hole to the underside.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. A few minor paint losses to one leaf.

RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched hairline to front left leg.

Filled chip to base edge on reverse.

Filled chip to front left corner.

Retouched black to nose and pupils.
