Circa 1890. 7.1ins high, 7.1ins wide, 2.8ins depth. Mafra Portuguese Palissy Majolica wall plate which features A snake, toad, tortoise and two salamanders.

Colouration: green, brown, ochre, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Mafra pottery. Bears a pattern number, '6'.
