Victorian, circa 1870. 7.9ins high, 7.9ins wide, 0.4ins depth. Minton Majolica tile which features a nesting bird, amongst foliage and flowers.

Colouration: indigo, green, brown, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery.

Condition

CONDITION: Very Good. No restoration.

A few shallow chips to the reverse edge, not visible from the front.

Some wear to the uppermost leaf edges.
