Introduced in 1927. Height: 11.5cm (4.53ins). Width: 16cm (6.3ins). Depth: 16cm (6.3ins).. Rene Lalique opalescent, frosted and clear glass 'Primevères' Box.

This pattern features deeply molded primroses around the outside.

And a bouquet of primroses forming the handle on the lid.

Moulded makers mark, 'R. LALIQUE'. Engraved, 'France' and 'No.77'.

CONDITION: Very good.

Box: Tiny nibble on inside rim of the box.

Shallow, inconspicuous chip to one petal.

Two small nibbles to other petals.

A mold line to the inside, from original manufacture.
