Rene Lalique Opalescent Glass 'Graines' Vase

Introduced in 1930. Height: 19.6cm (7.72ins). Width: 19.6cm (7.72ins). Depth: 19.6cm (7.72ins).. Rene Lalique Opalescent Glass 'Graines' Vase.

The vase is decorated around the bottom of the outside with hemispherical bubbles. When you look into the bubbles, they beautifully relect/refract bubbles from all around the vase.

Stenciled makers mark, 'R. LALIQUE FRANCE'. Book reference: Marcilhac 1042.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. Frit to one bubble on bottom tier of bubbles.

Another small frit to a bubble on third tier up from bottom.

Some small manufacturing inclusions in the glass.
