Large Minton Secessionist No.35 Jug and Wash Bowl

Circa 1910. 15.5ins high, 16.5ins wide, 16.5ins deep. Minton Secessionist No.35 jug and wash bowl. Decorated in shades of green and brown with green tube lined art nouveau motifs.

Cream interior to both.

Maker's marks, including printed 'MINTONS LTD. No.35'.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Jug. Good. No restoration. Slight wear to handle.

KILN EFFECTS: Glaze runs; glaze pops; tube lining absent in places.

Bowl. Good. KILN EFFECTS: Notable crazing to the interior;

flecks of stray coloured glaze to the rim.

RESTORATION: Filled chip to rim.
