
Victorian, circa 1870. 3.1ins high, 3.9ins wide, 2.4ins depth. George Jones Majolica jug/pitcher or creamer, which features pink and white blossom, and green leaves on brown, bark effect ground and a rustic branch molded handle.
Colouration: brown, green, turquoise, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the George Jones pottery. Bears a pattern number, '5'.
CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.
Some tiny flakes to rim.
KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the interior.
