Rare Minton Majolica Flower Vase On Stand

Victorian, circa 1870. 8.3ins high, 4.3ins wide, 4.3ins depth. Minton Majolica flower holder which features a butterfly and leaves. Colouration: cobalt blue, brown, green, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '2210'.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good. Wear to the high points of the molding.

RESTORATION. Two stabilised and retouched cracks running from rim onto body.

Three filled chips to feet.
