Victorian, circa 1870. 5.5ins high, 5.1ins wide, 3.9ins depth. George Jones Majolica jug/pitcher which features wheat ears and leaves. Pink ground version.

Colouration: pink, green, ochre, are predominant.

Bears a pattern number, '18??'.

Condition

CONDITION: Good.

Flaking to a few of the leaves.

KILN EFFECTS: a speck of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the exterior.

RESTORATION. Retouched flakes to rim.

Filled chip to foot rim.
