Wedgwood Majolica Vine & Basket Plate

Victorian, circa 1873. 9.1ins high, 9.1ins wide, 0.8ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica plate which features vine leaves and grapes on a basket weave ground.

Colouration: green, blue, brown, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1291 2'.

Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1873.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration.

Some small flakes to rim.

Almost no wear to the high points of the molding. A few very light scratches from use.
