
Victorian, circa 1870. 10.2ins high, 9.4ins wide, 0.6ins depth. Adams and Bromley Majolica oyster plate which features six oyster wells moulded as fish heads, a larger fish to the rim.
Colouration: grey, brown, ochre, are predominant.
CONDITION: Good. No restoration.
Some flakes to rim.
Wear to the high points of the molding.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze.
