Circa 1900. 9.6ins high, 5.5ins wide, 3.5ins depth. Joseph Saissi, Menton Majolica wall pocket which features lemons, leaves and flowers.

Colouration: green, yellow, cream, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Joseph Saissi pottery.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration.

Some small flakes to leaves,

one lemon and hanging branch.

KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to one of the lemon stalks;

firing hole to central branch.
