Victorian, circa 1870. 6.3ins high, 12.6ins wide, 13.4ins deep. Victorian Footstool with Embroidered Picture of Dogs Upholstery. The stitchwork is in wool on a canvas ground.

The embroidery features two dogs to the top and a leaf patterns to the sides.

It is tacked to the stool base which is made of a mahogany coloured wood.

CONDITION: Generally Good.

The embroidery: Some stitch losses to top and edges.

The stool: Sturdy and in good condition, with some chips and wear.
