
pre-Victorian, circa 1820. Tallest is 8.9ins high, 4.5ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire Pottery pearlware figures with a classical theme
which feature Gods, Juno and Jupiter, stood on a square base.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent hole to underside of one.

Some paint flakes to the cloak.
KILN EFFECTS: tiny glaze pops to her crown.
RESTORATION. Retouched paint losses.
Right arm,
peacock's head,
left hand,
and stick have all been restored.
Remodelled tail feathers to peacock.
Neptune: Good.
A few tiny flakes to robe and base.
KILN EFFECTS: a few tiny glaze pops to his robe;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze.
RESTORATION. Remodelled trident.
