George Jones Majolica Pineapple Plate

Victorian, circa 1870. 9.1ins high, 9.1ins wide, 1ins depth. George Jones Majolica plate which features pineapples in a basket. Colouration: green, ochre, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the George Jones pottery.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Small chip under rim.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze run in places.
