Majolica Moonface Teapot

Victorian, circa 1880. 4.7ins high, 7.3ins wide, 3.7ins depth. Adams & Bromley Majolica teapot which features a moon face to both sides and to the lid.

Sometimes known as, "Man in the Moon" teapot.

Colouration: green, brown, cream, are predominant.

CONDITION: Teapot: Good. No restoration.

Chips/frits to spout.

Flakes to handle,

one to rim of face

and to spout.

Staining to the interior from use.

Cover: Good. No restoration.

Very slight wear to nose.
