The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1716'.
Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1872.
CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.
KILN EFFECTS: tiny glaze pops to the interior;
some small firing pits to exterior.
