Victorian, circa 1871. 4.1ins high, 3.3ins wide, 3.1ins depth. George Jones Majolica jug/pitcher which features a pineapple.

Colouration: ochre, green, turquoise, are predominant.

Bears a pattern number, '2'. English diamond registration mark for the date 27/06/1870.

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

KILN EFFECTS: over glazed chip to the rim;

flecks of stray coloured glaze to the lower part.
