Victorian, circa 1900. 10.8ins high, 6.3ins wide, 5.5ins depth. Jerome Massier Majolica flower holder which features colourful garden birds, perched around a well.

Colouration: grey, dark pink, blue, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Jerome Massier pottery.

CONDITION: Good.

Some small flakes to the buckets

and three of the birds beaks.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze miss to base of hanging basket and rim of well.

RESTORATION. Retouched paint losses to the buckets

and tail of bird on the ground.
