
Victorian, circa 1876. 5.5ins high, 9.4ins wide, 9.4ins depth. Minton Majolica bowl which features leafy oak branches supporting a basketweave bowl.
Colouration: yellow, turquoise, green, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1920'.
Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1876.
CONDITION: Generally good.
Some wear to interior and exterior.
KILN EFFECTS: thin glaze application to turquoise glaze in places.
RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched crack to rim.
Another stabilised and retouched crack from rim, down to the bottom of the bowl.
Chips filled to the three acorn leaves to base rim.
