| Condition: | Prince Albert: Good. Some rubbing to gilt. KILN EFFECTS: glaze pops to his hair and shoes; flecks of stray coloured glaze to the base and his trousers; some staining, mainly to the reverse. RESTORATION: Filled chips to base. Queen Victoria: Good. Small chip to base. Slight rubbing to gilt. KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the base and reverse; slight staining to the reverse. RESTORATION: Retouched flake to front of base. Retouched paint loss to hair. |
