Pair Staffordshire Disraeli legs-free spaniels

Description: Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature spaniels with Disraeli curls to head, front legs modeled free, seated directly on the ground, no base. Black and white version. Dull gilt collar and locket. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent hole to the reverse. Book reference not found.
Condition: Right facing: Good. No restoration. Some rubbing to gilt. Slight wear to front and reverse. KILN EFFECTS: small glaze misses to front right leg. Left facing: Good. Tiny chip to underside at reverse. Some rubbing to gilt. RESTORATION: front paws reglued and joins retouched.
Dimensions: Tallest is 6.7ins high, 6.5ins wide, 3.1ins depth
