Description: Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a cat, seated directly on the ground, no base. Brown and white version. Decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to underside of one. Book reference not found.
Condition: Right facing: Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the face and reverse; craze lines; shrinkage crack to the cat's left ear. Left facing: Good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the face and reverse; craze lines; very slight staining to the reverse.
Dimensions: Tallest is 4.9ins high, 2.8ins wide, 2ins depth
