Staffordshire rabbit eating lettuce leaf figure

Description: Staffordshire figure which features a rabbit, seated directly on the ground, no base. Black and white version. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent hole to the underside. Book reference,'Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1835-1875' Book 2, by A.& N. Harding, page 261, figure 3071.
Condition: Good. A few paint losses to leaf. KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln grit caught in the glaze; notable crazing; finger print to the right ear. RESTORATION. Tip of right ear remodelled.
Dimensions: 4.7ins high, 9.8ins wide, 3.1ins depth
