Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent hole to the underside. Book reference,'English Earthenware Figures 1740-1840' by Pat Halfpenny, page 180, figure 1.|
|Condition:||Good. Some small flakes to her bow and hair. A few paint losses to her quiver. KILN EFFECTS: bruise to her left leg; kiln grit caught in the glaze to the base. RESTORATION: Retouched flakes to her chin, shawl and to the base. Filled chips to her headdress and to corner of base. Retouched paintloss to the ground.|
