Staffordshire twin turreted building with clock

Period: Victorian, circa 1860
Description: Staffordshire building which features twin turret spill vases and a clock face, stood on an oblong base. Multi-coloured version. Dull gilt base line and embellishment. Flatback, decorated only to the front. Maker's marks to the underside. Book reference not found.
Condition: Good. Some small flakes to the lower base edge. Slight rubbing to gilt. KILN EFFECTS: craze lines to the reverse; a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the front. RESTORATION: Filled and retouched chips to lower base edge. Filled chip to one turret. Retouched paint losses to black enamel.
