Pair ornate WMF silver plated candlesticks

Victorian, circa 1890. 10.25ins high. Pair ornate WMF silver plated candlesticks, each with removable nozzles. Baluster stems and bases are decorated with acanthus leaves and lion masks. Four scroll feet to base, capped with dolphin masks.











Impressed maker's marks to underneath of bases, 'WMF' and 'EP' - Electro-plated.

Condition

Good. Slight tarnishing to both nozzles.





One split and a professional repair just below the sconce on one candlestick.







The rim of one sconce is slightly misshapen.





No repairs to the other candlestick.

Slight rubbing to high points of the molding, revealing brass colored under-body.
