Small Staffordshire figure of a peacock, modeled standing on a naturalistic base with fanned tail. Finely decorated with good colors. Legs molded free. Decorated all round. Vent hole to underside.. CONDITION: Good. No cracks. No hairlines. No chips. Small flake to left wing. Kiln effect: shrinkage crack from vent hole. Repair to neck. Retouching to ground, wings, chest, underside of body and upper legs.
